About the Project
Nine homes arranged along the shoreline, each one positioned for shelter, privacy and an open view of the water.
The Coastline Residences are low, long and weathered by design. Roofs follow the line of the dunes, and each home is turned slightly to frame a different stretch of coast.
Outdoor rooms matter as much as indoor ones here: sheltered courts for windy days, terraces for still evenings, and a shared path down to the shore.
