About the Project
A slender city building where every home has a dual aspect, a private terrace and a clear sense of arrival. Calm, well-proportioned and close to everything.
Maison Vale replaces a tired office block with homes that make the most of a tight urban plot. Stepped terraces give each apartment outdoor space and bring daylight deep into the plan.
Shared spaces were treated as part of the home: a planted courtyard, a quiet lounge and a lobby that feels more like a living room than a corridor.
